1. Purpose
The Remarks application is intended for managing non-conformities, inspections and corrective actions in an industrial context, and is made available to authorised organisations and users.
2. Access and account
Access is restricted to users with assigned credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the application lawfully, not to enter unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights, and not to compromise the security or operation of the service.
4. Content
The content you enter remains the responsibility of the using organisation. The provider is granted the authorisation necessary to host and process that content for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Availability
The service is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure its availability; interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
